Happy Humpday Purgators!
A while back we did a post where we asked one another some dating related questions, see here for a refresher. We had so much fun doing it and had some really good feedback that we decided to do it again! Whoot whoot!
Since we talk about dating so much, both on and off this blog, we thought we would ask each other questions that aren’t necessarily related to dating.
So lucky you, can sit back, relax and get to know The Blonde & The Brunette on a more intimate level.
- The Brunette: What is your favourite place you’ve visited and why?
The Blonde: My favourite place EVER is Berlin. I always got amazing “vibes” from Germany, which tends to be a common term when travelling. I just loved how it was such a perfect balance of rich history with contemporary style, It was just so cool. If I had a chance to move their today, I would.
2. The Blonde: Do you have any tattoos? If so, how many and what is the meaning behind them?
The Brunette: I have two tattoos, one on my wrist and one on my back, near my bra line. The wrist one says “Carpe Diem,” I got this tattoo when I was 18 and in L.A because I thought it was cool. The second tattoo has a bit more meaning, I have my sisters birth year in Roman Numerals, it also happens to be the year my aunt passed away. I got this tattoo in London at the end of my month long Euro-trip. It holds a lot of sentiment since I often say my sister is like my daughter.
3. The Brunette: What is one beverage alcoholic and non-alcoholic that you could not live without?
The Blonde: Non-alcoholic: Other than the obvious of water, I could not live without coffee. I basically turn into a monster if I do not have caffeine. Even though I try to cut down my intake, I still have about 4 cups of coffee a day (and they are NOT small cups).
Alcoholic: Wine. Any colour, any country, any time;)
4. The Blonde: What is one accomplishment in the last five(ish) years that you are most proud of?
The Brunette: One of my biggest accomplishments, as it’s hard to pick just one, is my Europe trip which I did partly by myself. It’s incredibly nerve-wrecking to embark on a nine hour flight across the ocean, by yourself. I’m so happy I got to do it as well as have the opportunity to meet up with The Blonde and our friends (at the time) for an adventure of epic debauchery. We got to see things that most people won’t see in a lifetime (bottle service in Ibiza anyone?) It is a trip that I will never forget.
5. The Brunette: What is the most used app on your iPhone?
The Blonde: Other than the obvious (messages), we just looked in my settings to see what is the most used, I thought it would be Instagram, turns out its Spotify. Good thing I am getting my monies worth with my premium membership (Spotify, hook a sister up).
6. The Blonde: What is the best (food) dish you’ve ever had?
The Brunette: The one thing that resonates with me is a restaurant in Philadelphia called, Zahav. We had a five course meal that was literally a food experience. It was over the course of four hours, two bottles of wine and hummus that tasted like butter because it was so smooth.
Alright Purgators, there you have it, our Q&A Part Deux (because we’re French Canadian, sans the french). We hope you enjoyed this little glimpse of who we are and can’t wait to do it again soon!
